NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID E-MAIL ADDRESS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE PROMOTION. The Abre tu despensa al mundo Crisco® ("Promotion") begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on September 7, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2009 (“Promotion Period”).

HOW TO ENTER: Go to the Crisco website, www.criscoenespanol.com (the "Website"), during the Promotion Period and accurately complete and submit an online entry form in accordance with the on-screen instructions. You must enter a UPC code from a Crisco Shortening, Oil, or Spray product. A list of the eligible Crisco products and corresponding UPC codes are available at the Website. You may obtain a free UPC code without purchase from the Website. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address per day (12:00 a.m. ET to the following 11:59 p.m. ET) of the Promotion Period. Use of multiple e-mail address accounts for entry by a single entrant will void such entries and may result in disqualification of all entries submitted by the entrant.

DRAWING: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about January 6, 2010 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be held under the supervision of Promotion Activators, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding on matters relating to the Promotion.

PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: One Grand Prize: one Bosch® 30 inch Dual Fuel Self-Clean Sealed Gas Range, a KitchenAid® Cookware/Bake ware set, a $250 VISA Gift Card and an assortment of Crisco shortening, oils, and spray. Delivery and installation charges of Grand Prize are included and are limited to connection to existing electric or gas service available in winner’s home at time of installation only. Sponsor is not responsible for any charges related to additional required installation or service connections. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,075. 25 First Prizes: a KitchenAid® Cookware/Bake ware set, a $100 VISA Gift Card and an assortment of Crisco shortening, oils and spray. ARV: $300 each. 75 Second Prizes: a $50 VISA Gift Card and an assortment of Crisco shortening, oils, and spray. ARV: $75 each. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Limit one prize per person or e-mail address. Total ARV of all prizes: $16,200. Gift Card prizes are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the issuer.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older, except employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, advertising, sales promotion and judging agencies and all other service agencies involved with the Promotion, and members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) or households of each. Void outside the 50 United States and D.C. and where prohibited.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: Potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is an eligible minor) will be notified by overnight delivery and will be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (where permitted) within 14 days of request. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner (time permitting). First and Second Prize winners will be notified by mail and prizes will be shipped to the address provided in the entry within 6 weeks of the end of the Promotion Period. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemptions or substitutions permitted, except by Sponsor, who may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize, or any portion thereof, of equal or greater value. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner. By entering, entrants (and entrants' parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the judges' decisions. By entering the Promotion, each entrant (or his/her parent or legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agrees that neither the Sponsor nor its affiliates or subsidiaries, nor any of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, sales representatives, employees or agencies including, but not limited to, Promotion Activators, Inc., will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage, cost, or expense, including, without limitation, any personal injury, arising from or in connection with participation in the Promotion, or the acceptance, possession or use of prize or participation in any prize related activity, including any travel related thereto. Acceptance of prize further constitutes consent of winner for Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness and/or prize and biographical information in all media worldwide without limitation for advertising or promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes in a random drawing from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment or take such other action deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to award only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules. If due to an administrative or technical error, more prize winners are notified than are intended to be awarded at any prize level as stated in these Official Rules, such prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from all winners notified at that prize level. All entries and requests become property of Sponsor. By entering, entrants (and entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts in Cleveland, Ohio.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, such entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e mail address. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, or non-delivered entries or e-mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, or miscommunications, or failed computer, network, telephone, satellite, or cable hardware, software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Neither Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of Website. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds may be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Promotion or Website, may be acting in violation of the terms of the Website or may be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action by Sponsor or its agents.

IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT’S ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PROMOTION INTERNET SITE OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE.
